Travel & Arrival
- If you have purchased a gazebo pitch, the gazebo setup window is between 10am and 12pm. Please make sure you arrive during this window to set up your gazebo as you will not be permitted to do so after this time
- Cash and Card are accepted at the gate for on the day ticket purchases
- Gates open at 2pm
- The event ends at 11pm
- The children’s area is fenced and all safety precautions are taken, but children must be supervised at all times
- There will be a free bus service (generously provided by Catteralls of Southam) all day from 2pm until midnight to several locations around Southam – More info to come closer to the event
- Parking on-site is free of charge (and there is plenty!)
- Overnight parking (until 3pm Sunday) is also free of charge
- Private security will be on-site until 8am on Sunday
- Vehicle collection from 8am until 3pm on Sunday
- Car parking areas will be floodlit overnight and supervised by security – but the event and Southam Rugby Club can not be held responsible for your vehicle or its contents
- NO CAMPING PERMITTED
- No unaccompanied persons under 18
- No pets other than guide dogs allowed

Entertainment & Refreshments
- NO GLASS IS PERMITTED ON SITE – Please act responsibly as there will be many children on the day!
- Any glass containers, bottles or otherwise will be subject to confiscation
- Personal food and drink is permitted and welcomed, but barbeques are not allowed on site
- Gazebo’s only permitted with purchased pitch ticket
- Food stalls will be available at the event, including:
- To support fund raising, a raffle will be held throughout the day, with all profits going to MNDA. Some amazing prizes have been added to the raffle pool, such as:
- Booze hamper
- Leeds rhinos signed rugby shirt
- Northampton saints signed rugby ball (certified and boxed)
- Marks and Spencer’s beauty hamper (£300 worth)
- Bottle of “7 and 5” charity gin created by Doddie Weir OBE and Rob burrow MBE
- Limited addition Roy Cropper is Innocent tee shirt, only 200 made, signed by the cast of coronation street
